Inspired by the comedic style of Monty Python, I wanted to create a guide to modern computers created by the character Mr. Computer Man who is himself is just as absurd as the knights of the round table from the Monty Python movie. I tried to do this by creating a character who is very eccentric and overly proud and confident in his work, but at the core is wrong about basically everything and confuses the purpose of computer parts for their counterparts in the human body. For example, he fills in information about the CPU of the computer with fun facts about the human brain, getting further and further from the original point the more he tries to explain. Although the commentary about each computer part seems extremely random and not connected at all to what it is supposed to be describing, I did this intentionally to try and capture the insanity of Mr. Computer Man’s character. Finally I also tried to incorporate comedic trolling on the internet by making the viewer of the website temporarily stuck when they try to leave or ask for help.
